Building a Successful Brokerage

After graduating at Punahou High school in Hawaii, attending Pepperdine university and University of San Diego. Teri went straight to Hollywood and Europe. Strutting the catwalks in Europe, gracing the covers of hundreds of magazines, acting in numerous prime-time television shows, commercials and movies; then developing her own line of skin care products, sunglasses and jeans – Teri learned the only pathway to success in the ultra-competitive entertainment industry was to market her personal BRAND. And the marketing lessons she learned in her successful performing career have given her the real-life experience of translating those lessons into successful marketing in real estate when she decided to retire from performing, marry, have children, and settle down with her Real Estate Broker (late) husband.
